Additional Arches

The Unique Design of the Arch Style Building allows you to add 2' to 200' or more of length to your building at anytime.  This is truly a building that can keep growing and growing.

Bolts

One Size Nut and Bolts fits throughout the entire building.  Our Bolts are corrosion resistant with a 5/16 Hex Head  Bolt with A Square Hex Head Locking Nut with a Polyethtlene Washer for a Watertight Seal.

Base Connectors

Commercial Base Connectors are the perfect application to retrofit the building to your existing slab, footer or block wall.  Base Connectors are manufactured from heavy commercial steel.

Colored Arches and Endwalls

Our colored arches and endwalls are Siliconized Polyester coated from Akzo Nobel Paints, a leading producer of paints, finishes and synthetic resins for industrial applications. We offer a 5 year extended limited  warranty in addition to Akzo's 25 year limited warranty  for a total warranty of 30 years. 

Door Light Panels

Our Door Lights are constructed of heavy duty fiberglass that resists cracking and allows a tremendous amount of sunlight in to brighten up the area without the use of electricity.

Endwall Trim Kits

Our deluxe trim kits enable you to customize with local material without any problems or hassles. 

Framed Openings

Heavy Duty Vertical and Horizontal Steel Door Jambs as well as Header Flashing completes your open endwall allowing simple installation of doors.

Insulation

We offer  two different types of insulation. A vapor-lock composite System, which consists of polyethylene air bubble pockets, sandwiched between thick layers of reflective coatings. Secondly, a traditional wmp-vr fiberglass Insulation with a white reinforced vinyl facing (1 side) from Guardian Fiberglass Which comes in a range of "R" values from "R"-10 to "R"- 19. Insulation is easily attached to arches and endwall with a pin and washer system.

 We are with you every step of the way! Full pictorial construction and foundation manuals outline every process of building from clearing your site to turning the last nut and bolt.


 Overhead Door 


Quality garage doors manufactured by Clopay are offered with standard lift or low headroom.  We can provide additional door features such as insulation or Half glass panels. Roll up doors by DBCIwith chain hoist and operators are also available.


 Service Doors

Allows for easy access to your American Steel Span building. Available in two sizes 3'w x 7'h and 6'w x 7'h. Our all-steel insulated doors can be installed in the ends or sides of your building. All doors are pre-framed and pre-hung and come standard with stainless steel hinges and a stainless steel keyed lockset.

Skylights

There's nothing better than natural light, our preformed skylights reduce electric bills, easily installed by omitting a roof panel and bolting into place Skylight is recommended every for every 20' of building. Not available in heavy snow load areas.


 Sliding Doors

 

Heavy duty double or quad sliding doors are available for large equipment or hangar applications. Door are sealed top, bottom and sides and come With and exterior latch. 

Stamped Drawings

Professionally engineered drawings are available for all fifty states.
 
 Turbine Vents

Turbine ventilators and adapters help eliminate condensation (1) recommended every 20' of building.
